Overview We’re looking for a creative and user-focused Product Designer to help shape the experience of a brand-new AI recruitment platform as it prepares to launch this summer. This is a rare opportunity to design a product as it evolves from Beta to full release and beyond—within a startup-style venture backed by the strength and stability of an established business. You’ll work closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional team to ensure the platform is intuitive, accessible, and impactful. From user research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems, you’ll play a key role in crafting a product that transforms how companies find and hire talent. Join a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values experimentation, innovation, and human-centered design. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to design end-to-end user experiences across the platform. Translate product strategy and user needs into intuitive, elegant, and scalable design solutions. Lead and conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand and accessibility standards. Contribute to and evolve the product’s design system and visual language. Support the transition of design ownership from agency to in-house, ensuring consistency and continuity. Iterate on designs based on data, feedback, and evolving product goals. Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices—especially in AI, SaaS, and recruitment tech. Some support with designing visual assets for social media campaigns and marketing could be required. Skills and Experience Proven experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, ideally in a startup or fast-paced digital environment. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design across web or SaaS platforms. Experience designing for B2B and/or AI/ML products is highly desirable. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards. Experience conducting or collaborating on user research and usability testing. Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints. Experience in recruitment/HR tech is a bonus. Nice to have: Experience creating branded assets for social media or digital marketing.
