We're looking for a Senior Life Insurance Manager to join our Partnership Development team within Insurance Money and Services. (This role will be known as a Senior Commercial Manager within Tesco Insurance and Money Services).

It's an exciting time in our business and we need a Senior Life Insurance Manager to lead our ambitious plans to grow Life Insurance and other protection products. As a Senior Life Insurance Manager, you will be responsible for growing our Life insurance business. Working closely with our insurance partner and internal stakeholders in Marketing, Pricing and Finance, you will deliver business plans to achieve our long-term growth ambition. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing initiatives to boost sales and retention as well as delivering strong propositions for Tesco customers.

We're looking for a pro-active, driven individual with experience of trading and managing a commercial area. Experience of working collaboratively with external partners would also be advantageous.

What we are looking for:

•Ideally experience of working on a Protection or General lines insurance product as a commercial or product manager.
•Proven experience setting commercial targets - budgets and reforecasts.
•Creating annual business plans to deliver sales and P&L targets.
•Working with our marketing colleagues to develop marketing plans.
•Developing new business initiatives to drive trade - e.g. offers, promotions, etc.
•Partner management - working with our external partners on a day to day basis, ensuring they are delivering to our contract with them and undertaking regular governance.
•Compliance - undertaking relevant compliance reporting e.g. Fair value assessments, Periodic Product reviews, customer outcome monitoring.
•Technical support on developing new propositions.
