General cleaning tasks and servicing of catering kitchens, including restock of dispensers, cloths and towelsb. Movement of catering stock to designated stores and service points within campus and other outletsc. Removal of various waste streams to appropriate bin compoundd. Ensuring that service fridges are stocked at key times of the daye. Complete laundry duties including processing and delivering cloths etcf. Periodic Deep cleaning of key catering equipment such as fryers and ovensg. Clearing and servicing of tables in the dining areaGeneral Responsibilities• Compliance with all statutory requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act, the College Health and Safety Policy and any other relevant procedures• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Line Manager commensurate with the grade of the postAdditional Information• Complete mandatory training either virtual or in person• Physical tasks such as moving cages and stock around the site will be a significant part of the duties.### Attachments### Safeguarding Statement:Child protection is the responsibility of all staff.
