Unilabs is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Services Representative to join our team, on a fixed-term, maternity-cover contract. As a Customer Services Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation for excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms. Providing accurate and complete information to customers about our services, including pricing, availability, and turnaround times. Assisting customers with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and resolving any issues or complaints. Ensuring all customer interactions are handled in a timely and professional manner. Maintaining customer records and updating the customer database as needed. Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. Working closely with other teams within the company to ensure customer satisfaction. Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures. Providing feedback and suggestions to management to enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements: Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult or challenging customers. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer service software and databases. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs. Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues from different departments. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if needed. Requirements Essential Requirements: Prior customer service experience in the healthcare or medical industry. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient computer skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Desirable: Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures. Experience with customer service software and databases. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
