PMO Planning Analyst (Planning Specialist)
£75,000–£80,000 | Fully Remote | Permanent
We’re looking for an experienced PMO Planning Analyst to act as the planning specialist within a fast-paced transformation PMO. This is a high-impact role focused on improving planning standards, driving governance, and supporting delivery across a complex change portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and enhance planning standards, templates, and governance
* Strong SCM experience would be a huge advantage for this role
* Healthcare experience would be really helpful
* Experienced PMO Planning specialist with strong track record supporting, SAP & ERP implementations, managing integrated plans, dependencies and delivery timelines
* Skilled in portfolio planning, governance and resource management, ensuring structured, on-time delivery across complex transformation programmes
* Support teams in building high-quality integrated project plans
* Lead or support cross-functional planning events (e.g. big room planning)
* Manage resource and demand planning across the portfolio
* Deliver data-driven reporting and insights for senior stakeholders
* Coach teams and improve overall planning capability
Key Requirements
* Strong experience in PMO, programme, or project planning roles
* Proven ability to manage integrated plans and dependencies
* Experience supporting enterprise-wide or multi-team planning cycles
* Hands-on experience with resource and demand modelling
* Highly analytical, structured, and confident influencing stakeholders
* ERP transformation exposure (e.g. SAP) is beneficial
