In Leeds-based schools, Year 5 is a key moment in a child’s journey, where learning becomes more complex, and personal responsibility begins to take shape. We’re working with schools that are looking for teachers who can guide pupils through this exciting stage with purpose, empathy, and inspiration.
These roles are for educators who know that structure builds independence, that clarity fosters confidence, and that encouragement helps children rise to new challenges. You’ll support pupils as they deepen their understanding and begin to take ownership of their learning.
You’ll be joining schools that balance high expectations with genuine care. They value both academic excellence and emotional intelligence, and they respect the individuality of every child. Reed Education will be with you throughout your journey, offering placements that reflect your strengths, CPD opportunities to help you grow, and a dedicated consultant who understands your path, because they’ve been there too.
If you believe in creating classrooms where children feel challenged, supported, and inspired, and where teachers are trusted to lead with heart, these are the opportunities where you’ll thrive.
