While your primary focus is the French market, you will play a pivotal role in the global marketing squad, sharing best practices and supporting cross‑regional campaigns.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Plan and deliver demand generation programs to acquire new Enterprise customers and market to existing customers, including integrated campaigns, events, ABM 1to1 programs and digital marketing.</li><li>Partner with the relevant marketing teams (Demand Gen, Communications, Product Marketing or Brand) to create demand generation campaigns or localise global campaigns covering all our business in the UK.</li><li>Establish the calendar of events (both digital and physical) and marketing campaigns, taking into account sales objectives and go‑to‑market strategies.</li><li>Organise events (Malt’s own events and sponsorship of external events), leveraging resources as needed.</li><li>Align with the Enterprise & global sales teams; work closely with sales leadership to align marketing activities to business needs and participate in sales meetings.</li><li>Facilitate access to all marketing resources (events, e‑books, articles, etc.).</li><li>Facilitate a feedback loop with sales.</li><li>Analyse results, metrics and reports to determine effectiveness of program activities.</li><li>Participate in transversal projects and/or global activities.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>3 to 5 years of B2B field or event marketing experience, preferably in the tech industry.</li><li>Experience supporting complex buying cycles and interacting effectively with large sales teams.</li><li>Superior project management skills with the ability to work on several projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.</li><li>High comfort level with a fast‑changing environment.</li><li>Full proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish would be a plus.</li><li>Experience and ease with tools such as Salesforce, marketing automation (Marketo, Hubspot, etc.).</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Hybrid remote policy – 3 days office / 2 days home‑office.</li><li>Annual leave: 30 days per year.</li><li>Sabbatical: 1 month paid once you have been with Malt for 3 years.</li><li>Stock options: every employee is entitled to stock options.</li><li>Private health insurance with Bupa.</li><li>Cycle to work scheme.</li><li>Season ticket loan.</li><li>Pension: Malt contributes 5% through Aviva.</li><li>Dog‑friendly office in the heart of London.</li><li>Free books for career development.</li></ul><h3>Equal Opportunity</h3><p>We are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
