Working closely with the Talent Acquisition, Engagement and DE&I Lead, you'll play an exciting role in bringing our DE&I and engagement strategy to life!The role:In this role, you will coordinate key initiatives, create engaging colleague communications, and help shape a culture that feels inclusive, connected, and genuinely meaningful across the business.Support the delivery of employee engagement, DEI and internal communications initiatives.Create and schedule engaging multi-channel internal communications.Coordinate engagement activity, including events, awareness moments and recognition initiatives.Partner with colleague networks for to deliver colleague events, and to amplify diverse voices and lived experiences.Track and report on engagement activity, helping to gather insights and feedback.Leverage tools, data and AI to enhance creativity, streamline and optimise delivery.
