About the Role No two days are the same in this HLTA role. You will work with pupils from Years 3 to 12, supporting those who require consistent, compassionate and flexible adults around them. You'll be someone who can bring calm, resilience and creativity to your work, and who understands the importance of trauma-informed practice.
