Job Description
3. Build and manage a full recruitment desk (client + candidate side)
4. Develop new business through cold calling, networking, and market research
5. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
6. Take and manage job briefs from clients
7. Source, screen, and interview candidates for vacancies
8. Write and post job adverts across platforms
9. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from brief to placement
10. Prepare and brief candidates for interviews
11. Handle offer negotiation and contract arrangements
12. Meet and exceed KPIs (calls, interviews, placements, revenue)
13. Track all activity in the CRM/database
14. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity
15. Provide a high-quality, consultative service to both clients and candidates
The Successful Applicant
16. Results-driven and target-focused with a proven track record in recruitment or sales
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client and candidate relationships
18. Confident negotiator and influencer, able to close deals effectively
19. Highly organised with strong time management and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
20. Resilient and able to handle rejection while maintaining motivation
21. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment
22. Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and online job boards
23. Demonstrates a consultative approach, understanding client needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
24. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently and as part of a team
25. Passionate about recruitment and keen to develop professionally within the industry
