Job Details:
* Location: Avonmouth, BS11
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:0017:30
* Pay: DOE £28,000£30,000
* Probation: 12 weeks
* Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate order fulfilment and ensure timely dispatch to meet customer KPIs
* Manage the flow of orders with warehouse team leaders and oversee inventory integrity
* Troubleshoot delivery issues and investigate any disruptions that arise
* Liaise with clients, transport companies, and suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries
* Support all supply chain processes, from booking inbound and outbound deliveries to managing shipping documents
* Provide exceptional service by handling client queries and working closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure seamless operations
