JOB SUMMARY
As a Senior Sales Representative UK, you are responsible for implementing strategies, plans and drivers towards achievement of agreed targets and objectives within our business categories across the UK Sales Account Portfolio in our distribution.
To work closely with the Senior Regional Sales Manager and develop and successfully execute agreed sales and distribution plans within defined UK regional accounts.
Contribute, inspire, and energize the UK team, whilst driving your business growth and development to maximize the UK region objectives.
Strong knowledge of the UK market through Tier 2 (trend) and lighthouse accounts, strong network and connection to key players in the UK market.
Duties And Responsibilities
* Develop and execute mid and long-term sales plans for UK, cascaded down and EMEA's road maps and business plans.
* Determine and drive Regional Sales accounts objectives and targets in agreement with Senior Regional Sales manager and in accordance with UK & EMEA Annual Growth Plans.
* Closely monitor account credit status and work with accounts, Credit Control and Customer Service to minimize outstanding debt and Credit-held orders.
* Liaise, co-operate and co-ordinate, specifically within the following departments: Customer Service, Credit, Marketing/Merchandising and Operations/Planning
* Provide weekly reporting and regular feedback to the Management team covering the marketplace, competitor activity and product development.
* Drive the consumer Brand experience within the key regional accounts through owning the development of in store brand presentation together with regional marketing manager and VM team.
* Through regular field visits, offer support to direct reports and develop a working relationship with (local) accounts. Attend meetings and identify and execute against business needs and incremental opportunities.
* Drive the monthly and seasonal GTM process across the sales team and account base.

TYPICAL REQUIREMENTS
