Your Role
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to support the Music team across our roster of artists, managers and record labels.
This will include sending marketing proposals, assisting the marketing team with reports, collecting
feedback from our community, supporting our social media manager with content creation and editing,
having your finger on the pulse of the latest trends, providing insights to the business on what's hot and what's not and much more You must be organised, service oriented, curious and a go-getter
Responsibilities
As a Marketing Assistant at un:hurd you will:
* Support campaigns from planning to delivery, attending meetings and ensuring actions are completed
* Assist the marketing team with reporting and collecting client feedback
* Be a core part of the music facing team liaising with labels, artists and managers
* Support the social media team with content creation and arranging content
* Manage campaign assets and maintain documents such as schedules, budgets, contact lists
* Provide "on the pulse" marketing ideas for our artist campaigns
* Schedule meetings, take notes, and share clear action points.
* Monitor industry trends and share insights with the team.
Requirements
* A passion for music, culture and a deep understanding of social media
* An interest in music marketing
* A self-directed quick learner with the ability to gather information whilst doing
* Proactive, adaptable and collaborative with problem-solving skills.
* Great people skills with a passion for service
* Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational skills
Qualifications
* Organised, detail-focused, and an excellent communicator.

* Passion for music and an interest in music marketing.
* Proficient with common office software and industry-standard tools.
* Editing skills (image, video, audio) desirable.
* Experience in a busy office environment, ideally in the music industry, is an advantage.

Location: Our office is based in Tileyard, London (N7 9AH). This is a hybrid role, working remotely on Monday and Friday and in the office Tuesday to Thursday.
