Role: Customer Coordinator
Location: Leicester
Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum
Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm on a rota
We’re looking for an organised and confident Internal Sales Coordinator to join a growing team supporting both trade and domestic customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment and wants to build a career in sales coordination.
What You’ll Do:
Support regional sales teams by managing incoming and outgoing customer queries (phone/email)
Generate new business through outbound calls (25+ daily)
Prepare and follow up on customer quotations
Coordinate with surveyors and managers to support the full sales process
Schedule site surveys, installations, and service appointments
Process orders, take payments, and manage invoicing
Maintain showroom standards and promote local footfall
Handle key account support and ensure excellent customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in internal sales or customer service
Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone
Strong organisational ability and multitasking skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Commercial awareness and drive to hit targets
Willingness to learn about products and pricing
