Salary Range: Band A, £24,413 (pro-rata)
Actual salary: £5517.10

At Windy Arbor we are dedicated to creating a positive and supportive environment for our children. We are seeking a responsible, caring and enthusiastic lunchtime supervisor to support pupils with additional needs during the lunchtime period. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys working with children and committed to inclusion, wellbeing and positive relationships. As a SEND lunchtime supervisor, you will play a key role ensuring the wellbeing, safety and happiness of our ARP children during lunchbreaks. As an ARP Lunchtime supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing children in the dining hall and other areas of the school, during lunchtime. The hours of work will be 10 hours per week term time. Normal hours of duty correspond with the School’s lunchtime break i.e. 11:50 am - 1:50 pm.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate must enjoy working with children and have a caring, friendly attitude and have good communication skills to interact with the children in a positive manner. Experience of working with children who have autism would be an advantage.
