More about the role:
The Head of Property Services will report to the Interim Director of Property. The focus of the role is to:
6. Lead the Property Services team ensuring that the excellent day to day maintenance, void repairs, building safety compliance and planned maintenance services are delivered to our customers.
7. Drive service improvements that deliver excellent services and value for money collaborating with other departments to ensure end to end processes are efficient and make best use of IT solutions.
8. Ensure contracts are procured and managed effectively including the management of the in-house SLA with HMT and NEAT.

9. Experience of successfully managing teams in a repairs and maintenance context, ensuring excellent compliance, performance and risk management.
10. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
11. Track record of motivating and leading managers and in the development of a diverse workforce.
12. Proven experience of leading strategic initiatives, with the knowledge and skills required for successfully delivering change.
13. Clear understanding of the regulatory requirements for the Housing Sector, specifically relating to assets and maintenance.
