Job Title: Asbestos Site Analyst Location: Horsham, West Sussex Salary/Benefits: £25k - £39k Training & Benefits Our client is a UKAS accredited Asbestos company, with a strong presence in the South East of England. Due to winning new contracts, they are looking for an Asbestos Site Analyst who can hit the ground running and provide high levels of service to new and existing clients. Ideally, applicants will have well-rounded experience working across a range of sites, including: commercial, local authority and residential. You will be covering sites across: Horsham, Crawley, East Grinstead, Worthing, Haywards Heath, Lewes, Hailsham, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Brighton, Storrington, Billingshurst, Littlehampton, Guildford, Godalming, Seaford, Uckfield, Polegate, Eastbourne, Southborough, Crowborough, Redhill, Caterham, Oxted, Westerham, Bexhill, Hastings, Bognor Regis, Chichester, Havant, Portsmouth, Farnham, Aldershot, Caterham, Orpington, Sevenoaks, Woking. Experience / Qualifications: - Strong site experience undertaking Asbestos Analytical duties, including clearance works - Must be qualified with the BOHS P403 & P404 (or RSPH equivalent) - Can demonstrate robust technical knowledge, including HSG and UKAS guidelines - IT literate and comfortable with writing reports - Hardworking attitude The Role: - Attending a mixed portfolio of client sites to undertake full analytical duties - Conducting 4 stage clearances - Background, leak, personal, reassurance and smoke air testing - Issuing re-occupation certificates - Partaking in asbestos removals projects of varying sizes - Monitoring safety and compliance across removals projects, ensuring staff are operating correctly - Producing detailed reports for clients - Meeting with clients on site to discuss progress Alternative job titles: Asbestos Analyst, Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, Environmental Consultant.
