Our client, a well-established and highly regarded manufacturing business, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver high-value projects from concept to completion. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, in full, and to the highest quality standards, driving operational excellence and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple high-value projects concurrently, ensuring each is delivered within agreed scope, budget, and timescales. Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, production, supply chain, and commercial functions to deliver project objectives. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, managing all phases from initiation through to completion and handover. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule adherence and cost control. Maintain clear and proactive communication with key stakeholders, clients, and senior management regarding project milestones, challenges, and outcomes. Lead project review meetings, reporting on performance metrics and ensuring continuous improvement practices are embedded. Ensure all projects comply with internal governance, quality assurance standards, and regulatory requirements. Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence across all project delivery teams. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience managing large-scale, high-value projects within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Strong understanding of end-to-end project lifecycles, from design and procurement to production and delivery. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and commercial contracts. Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Prince2, PMP, MS Project).
