About the Role: This is a hands-on, fast-paced role based at our Cambridge processing plant. You'll be working Monday to Friday on night shift, 11:00 pm – 6:00 am, with some rotational weekend work when required. What You'll Be Doing: Day to day, you'll be keeping our processing plant cleaned to a high standard, operating high-pressure water hoses, and handling commercial cleaning products and chemicals in line with health and safety procedures including Lock Out Tag Out. You'll also be involved in processing and inspecting raw materials, assisting with the assembly and disassembly of line machinery, and working to meet both individual and team targets. Being a reliable, respectful team member who actively contributes to a safe workplace is at the heart of this role. What We're Looking For: We're after someone who can perform repetitious tasks accurately and efficiently, follow instructions and procedures with care, and work well within a team environment. You'll need a good level of fitness as manual handling is a regular part of the role, including lifting, pulling, pushing, bending and reaching with loads of up to 15kg.
