Our clients, a fast-growing, digital-first company is looking for a Product Manager to join its expanding product team.
*Up to £65,000 - Hybrid - Plus Bonus
The Role
You’ll work across the full product lifecycle—from discovery and ideation through to launch and optimisation—within a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll design and run A/B tests, using data and user insight to inform product decisions and drive measurable improvements to performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests from hypothesis to analysis
* Define success metrics and ensure strong experimental design
* Collaborate closely with engineering to implement accurate, trackable tests
* Partner with data/BI teams to monitor KPIs and uncover insights
* Analyse results and present clear, actionable recommendations
* Work with design and user research to inform hypotheses with user insight
* Manage and prioritise the experimentation roadmap
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a Product, CRO, or Growth role
* Hands-on experience running A/B or multivariate tests (not just reporting)
* Strong understanding of experimental design (control groups, sample sizes, statistical significance)
* Experience in a high-end retail eCommerce environment (essential)
* Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally
