Main duties and responsibilities:
* Coordinating key HR processes, including onboarding, probation, employee development, and offboarding.
* Acting as the first point of contact for employee HR queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
* Maintaining accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
* Preparing and managing HR documentation such as employment contracts, pre-employment checks, and other records.
* Conducting exit interviews and assist in analysing feedback to inform continuous improvement.
* Supporting the coordination of training, compliance initiatives, and employee travel arrangements.
* Contributing to HR reporting by collating data and producing regular updates for the team.
* Assisting with HR projects and initiatives, helping to streamline processes and support business needs.
Applicants to this role require:
* Previous experience in a similar HR role, ideally involving generalist HR activities.
* HR degree/CIPD qualification preferred
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
