* Provide support to first-line technical support to staff, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
* Assist with the installation and configuration of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and mobile devices.
* Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
* Log and track support requests, escalating more complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
* Ensure compliance with IT policies and data security protocols in all activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful IT Support Technician must have:
* New starter creation within Hybrid Exchange
* Intune device and user management
* Desk support
* MS Teams meeting room support (Yealink and Creston devices)
* Laptop build through autopilot
A successful Junior IT Support Technician should have:
* Proven experience in a similar IT support role, ideally within the healthcare industry.
* Strong knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
* Familiarity with IT systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
* An ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
* A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technology trends.
* Less than 3 years experience
