Responsibilities
You will lead our team in the Great Baddow shop, working in a creative environment with donated goods to maximise sales and net contribution. You will manage two Assistant Shop Managers along with a team of diverse Volunteers, and be confident at working with people from different backgrounds to create a welcoming and positive experience for all staff, volunteers and supporters. You will be driven and focused on making money, with good communication skills inside and outside the shop, reaching out to the local community to help build support for the shop.

Qualifications / Skills
Retail/Management experience; strong people skills; ability to work with diverse staff and volunteers; effective communication with internal and external stakeholders; ability to lead and develop a small team.
