A GBP 40,000 : A GBP 60,000 per annum
Hours37.5 hours per week (Mon:Thu 8:00am:4:30pm, Fri 8:00am:1:30pm)
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with a dynamic and ambitious manufacturing company based near Pontefract, West Yorkshire, due to growth they are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take a pivotal leadership role within their finance functions.
Role Overview
As Finance Manager, you will oversee all financial operations, drive strategic decision:making, and ensure sustainable financial growth. This is a key leadership position where you will influence business performance and support senior management with insightful financial guidance.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute financial strategies that support business growth
* Manage company budgets and deliver accurate financial projections
* Prepare financial statements, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead audit processes
* Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to improve cost efficiency
* Provide financial insights to senior management and collaborate with external partners
* Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve high performance
Candidate Requirements
* Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)
* Proven experience in finance management
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
* Expertise in financial compliance and risk management
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Working Hours and Benefits
* 37.5 hours/week with early finish every Friday
* 33 days holiday including bank holidays, with additional holiday entitlement based on length of service
* Christmas shutdown every year
