We are looking for a Waiter / Waitress - Lobby Lounge (侍應生) based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!
As a Waiter / Waitress - Lobby Lounge(侍應生), we rely on you to:
* Ensure the smooth operations of the restaurant and section appointed
* Ensure service is delivered according to restaurant standards
* Make recommendations for dishes, take order and deliver food and beverages
* Collect customers’ feedback to ensure a satisfactory dining experience for guests
* 確保餐廳及工作區域運作順利
* 確保服務符合餐廳標準
* 為客人提供餐飲建議、落單及上菜
We are looking for someone who has:
* Relevant experience in food & beverage service, preferably in the Hotel Industry
* Customer-oriented team player with good communication skills
* Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
* 具備餐飲工作經驗，具酒店行業經驗或受正規酒店管理培訓優先考慮
* 以客為先、具良好團隊合作精神和溝通能力
* 良好中文、英文、普通話
