Your Role at Motorola
Are you customer-oriented? Willing to learn and take on new challenges? In this role, you will grow, expand your career, and develop into a future leader within supply chain customer operations.
* Support business operations in the UK supply chain
* Own and drive planning and operational excellence with our sales 4P organization
* Collaborate with supply planners to maximize revenue attainment
* Manage orders, scheduling, and planning to ensure customer delivery performance and satisfaction
* Engage in demand planning and collaborative customer planning
* Lead market lifecycle planning from NPI through EOL
* Support territory general managers, customer fulfillment, revenue attainment, and the wider team
* Assist in UK growth and adapt the supply chain accordingly
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or related field
* Experience in planning roles; CPFR experience is a plus
* Experience in Telecoms Manufacturing is advantageous
* Flexible, motivated to learn, and comfortable in ambiguous situations
* Proficient in Excel, with ability to present data effectively
* Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
* Strong communication skills
* Passion for the work you do
