Customer Advisor - Checkouts, Part Time - 30 hours per week, 3 Month Fixed Term Contract. Shifts Monday to Sunday 7:00am-8:00pm. UK Notional hourly rate £13.10. Location: B&Q Newport. What's the job?
Become an expert advisor guiding customers on home improvement projects. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service at the till, supporting sales, managing click & collect, setting up displays, and ensuring the store looks great. You will receive training in various areas while maintaining a focus on customer service.
What We Need
Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic about home improvement. Able to work in a team, eager to learn and use new technology, and flexible to a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
