What You’ll Be Doing
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll take the lead on all things Learning & Development across the Group.
Learning Management System (ELMO)
* Oversee day‑to‑day activities on our LMS with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Ensure learning content is consistently updated to maintain high standards.
* Create and add new courses that reflect best practices in learning.
* Maintain accurate records and certificates to ensure compliance and quality.
Training Delivery
* Facilitate key face‑to‑face sessions such as Professional Boundaries and EDI, ensuring engaging and impactful delivery.
* Deliver our corporate induction and other essential training with a focus on clarity and effectiveness.
Apprenticeships & Further Learning
* Oversee our apprenticeship programme and levy fund, ensuring high‑quality training provision.
* Identify new providers to deliver exceptional external training.
* Support learners, managers and training providers throughout the journey to ensure successful progression and completion of qualifications.
About You
* A champion of L&D, believing wholeheartedly in the difference great learning can make.
* Engaging and confident in delivery, with the ability to energise a room while maintaining focus on outcomes.
* A natural relationship builder; curious about people and what makes them thrive.
* Experienced in delivering training, inductions, workshops or similar learning activities.
* Detail‑driven and organised, with a love for accurate administration, tracking and reporting.
* Collaborative, positive and excited about working with a range of stakeholders across our organisation.
Location & Working Pattern
* Regular travel across sites: Nottingham City Centre, Newark and occasional travel to Mansfield and Goole.
* Work 1 day per week from home, 4 days in either Nottingham or Newark depending on schedule and delivery needs.
* Having a full driving licence and access to a car would facilitate travel between sites.
