Operations Manager
Summary
The operations Manager will work alongside our Operations Officer to deliver excellence to our service.
To monitor the progress of the Hotel's business, HOD'S, supervisors and employees towards achieving the Company's expectations for productivity, revenue and profit by overseeing and managing our housekeeping, reception and F&B departments which includes restaurant, Pepys Bar, kitchen and taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations and activities of the Hotel.
Responsibilities:
· Supporting our Operations Support Officer.
· Responsible for ensuring Hotel passes all evaluations and audits.
· Assists, ordering and monitors all operating supplies to ensure cost control.
· Improve and maintain customer service satisfaction- Complaint handling and online feedback.
· Promoting a positive Health and Safety culture on the premises.
· Responsible for training and supervision on specific HOD's, Supervisors and team members.
· Develop and implement new Menus, offers, promotions, events to drive revenue for F&B.
· Establish KPIs, polices, targets and procedures liaised with Operations Support Officer, Accounts and HR
. Includes Duty Manager duties.
