Job Title: Customer Service/Technical Account Manager
Territory: North West and West Midlands
Package: £38-40k Basic + Bonus + Fully expensed company car OR car allowance, Pension, Healthcare, Death in Service, Phone, Laptop, Holiday
Summary
Purpose of the role – Ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability at NHS and Private Hospitals through the delivery of regular on-site visits.
Visits are to review service plans an support customers, drive satisfaction and delight of all stakeholders per agreed Service Level Agreements.
Main Responsibilities/Main Tasks
* You will be responsible for the delivery of technical account management to include on-site service, damage prevention and KPI reviews
* In the role, you will create and deploy actions plans to improve customer service delivery
* You will also deliver technical service support to the sales unit in install and commissioning of products
* Part of the role will be performing the assembly, installation and commissioning of new stock (medical devices)
* You will also perform decommissioning of demo stock and certain older on-site products
* Perform customer query and complaint handling (on site and by phone) and testing and inspection of equipment to necessary standards
* You'll deliver technical support to customers including the training of customers in the application of company products and Direct Observation of Procedural Skills (DOPS)
* You will also support other TAM’s and office based technical activities as necessary
Qualifications / Experience Required:
* Experience working or covering a territory is essential, we need people who have experience being out on the roads, route planning etc
* Some Customer Service / customer facing work experience is required, this role is very customer focused and those people skills are vital!
* Some "technical" knowledge is good, even if it's from building your own PC's at home, but you must be comfortable with IT / Technology and learning about complex and delicate medical devices
* You'll need a minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above including Maths and English or equivalent Intermediate level of knowledge and computer literacy - you'll need
* You must already be living in the Birmingham to Stoke area. All of Birmingham, up the M6 to Stoke - suitable candidates living anywhere in those areas will be considered for the role
* You must possess IT skills including Microsoft Office to basic level
* Full, clean driving licence - it's essential
* You need full right to work in the UK, with no requirement for sponsorship (now, or in the future - sorry)
