Working as part of a small but very successful team, you will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of the branch and be specifically responsible for managing the weekly and daily roster of carers. You will use the system to allocate and match carers to care plans and client visits.
This role offers a great opportunity to grow, take on extra responsibilities, work closely with a supportive office team to ensure quality-driven care is always delivered, and support and value the care team. To succeed, you need to demonstrate care and compassion, along with empathy and understanding of clients' and carers' needs. You must be a driver holding a full British driving license, available to work one weekend for on-call shifts, and willing to take on care calls when required.
Principal Responsibilities
1. Answer all incoming telephone inquiries.
2. Implement thorough recruitment and vetting procedures for all Care & Support Workers.
3. Process new customer referrals.
4. Prepare appropriate documentation for Field Care Supervisors.
5. Allocate Care & Support Workers to customer visits, ensuring all visits are covered.
6. Administer all Individual Care & Support Agreements.
7. Maintain customer and Care & Support Worker files, ensuring they are always up to date.
8. Keep computer systems and electronic records up to date.
9. Ensure all documentation and records are current.
10. Work closely with the Field Care Supervisor.
11. Ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures.
12. Assist with wages and invoice processing.
13. Produce reports and management information as required.
