The Role
HSQE
Review Risk assessments & SSOW with the support of the HSQE Manager
Give training on new & refresher training to small groups
Review of COSHH items & continued control of all documentation.
Send KPI analysis data to HSQE Manager ready for monthly review
Uploading & maintaining of all training records for HSQE department
FSC collation of data for HSQE Manager review and upload
Support with contractor management through making sure all relevant documentation is received before visit & help manage whilst onsite
Log any H&S issues to system for HSQE Manager corrective action review
Log quality issues from customers on zoom & liaise with department heads
Log supplier issues on system & start the follow up action
Lead & participate on both H&S and Quality auditing
Coach positive conversations on H&S standards
Other
Support the continuous improvement of the business
Support engineering team with ordering process & maintaining of paperwork for compliance audits
Support HSQE manager with the management of site PPE
Support management team in HSQE managers absence
Assist with ad hoc duties as and when required by line manager and senior management.
