P+S Recruitment are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a Packing Operator to join their team based in Norwich on a full-time, temporary basis. Main Responsibilities: Ensure labels are packed and presented in proper condition for shipping. Accurately label individual roll cores and cartons to ensure traceability of labels has been maintained. Complete end of manufacture quality control checks to verify good product has been manufactured. Maintain working environment to demonstrated standards. Desire to learn new skills and progress. Actively participate and engage in departmental Continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure a safe working environment is maintained. Pack labels into cartons as company specification. Complete quality control checks as company specification. Mount/demount plates in line with production schedule. Help with label dispatch as required and trained. To abide by all statutory requirements including those relating to health and safety. To ensure you read, understand and fulfil your responsibilities under the Company’s equal opportunities policy in place from time to time.
