What you'll do
* Be a natural leader, developing, nurturing and inspiring your team in accordance with our Leadership & Company Principles
* Confidently create an environment where every colleague can achieve their best work
* Be responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day operations and performance of your store’s KPIs
* Optimise processes and solving problems to keep your store running smoothly and your team focused
* Ensure excellent Customer Service is given to everyone who shops with us
What you'll need
* Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
* A pride in offering unmatched support to your customers and your team
* Strong communication skills for handling challenging conversations
* Confidence to monitor, manage, and improve your store’s KPIs
