Position Overview: As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment consultants in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates. This is a part-time position, offering remote work flexibility, perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience while balancing other commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source candidates using various online platforms and databases
* Screen CVs and conduct initial phone screenings
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
* Maintain accurate candidate records and update our database
* Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment processes
Requirements:
* Previous experience preferred but not essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment software is a plus
