RSW are proud to be working alongside our client based in Maesteg. They are looking for a Purchase Ledge Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis.
The Role:
* Processing all purchase invoices and credit notes
* Running monthly supplier payments and any ad hoc payments
* Take ownership of the purchase ledger inbox
* Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
* Set up new supplier accounts
* Maintain strong business relationships with suppliers
* Provide cover and support for the sales ledger and credit control as and when needed
* Provide additional support to the finance team
The Candidate:
* Experience of working within a busy financial department is essential
* Previous experience running a sales ledger
* Be able to work Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm
