Customer Service Coordinator – Customer Care Full time, permanent We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our Export Customer Care team, delivering accurate and efficient administrative support while providing excellent service to internal and external customers. You’ll work to KPI’s and play an active role in supporting a positive, collaborative team environment. How you will help us and what you can expect Effectively Manage workloads and turnaround times expected by our clients Be aware of both client and MSC UK priorities and requirements Resolve Customer queries within set deadlines Develop relationships with customers to better understand their requirements to evolve and enhance their service level and customer experience Awareness of all documentation processes Ensure full recovery of all applicable costs Contribute ideas for evolution of role Provide Solutions for client issues Be prepared to attend Client visits if required.
