Clinic RN - Accountable Care at Providence Health and Services summary: This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) providing primary and specialty healthcare services in outpatient clinics, focusing on behavioral health and care coordination within an accountable care framework. The RN practices according to the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and collaborates with healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered care, including clinical, teaching, and leadership roles. Description
Provides professional nursing care as directed by the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Centers policies, procedures, and protocols; i.e. provides primary and specialty health care services in collaboration with other members of the health care team while integrating the nursing roles of clinical, teaching, consulting, care coordination/case management, and leadership. Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice, incorporating the principles of Nursing Process when delivering care.

Required Qualifications:
Nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate or Diploma) from an accredited school of nursing.
Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
2 years Behavioral Health assignments only: In acute or ambulatory Behavioral Health.
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year Recent RN experience in a patient care setting or clinical commensurate.
2 years Recent RN experience in a patient care setting in area(s) of responsibility.
Recent prior experience in a hospital and out-patient setting.
Recent prior experience with phone triage.
3 years Behavioral Health assignments only: Progressive experience, including medication management.
