The Opportunity
Do you have proven experience establishing yourself as a growth marketing expert?
Do you have experience with account-based campaigns that have led to growth success?
Have you executed demand generation strategies, driving brand growth and fostering customer engagement across various channels?
We are looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to work closely with our market leads, global marketing team, and the Global Head of Growth to execute demand generation strategies, driving brand growth and fostering customer engagement across various channels. You will have previously developed, launched, and managed innovative B2B campaigns, optimized performance, and generated measurable outcomes resulting in growth for a business.
The role will report to the Global Head of Growth. We are open to candidates worldwide but prefer you to work European hours and be close to a We Are Social office.

* Leveraged ABM and martech tools like 6Sense and Salesforce for B2B campaigns to drive marketing efficiency and effectiveness
* Adopted best practices in digital marketing trends, improving campaign ROI
* Successfully implemented an account-based marketing playbook, increasing new business acquisitions
* Enhanced targeting and positioning strategies, increasing lead generation efficiency
* Built strong cross-functional relationships, leading to unified market strategies and increased campaign success rates
* Aligned on market opportunities, messaging, and audience targets, resulting in a consistent brand presence
* Launched multi-channel demand generation campaigns contributing to significant lead growth
* Boosted engagement rates through targeted email, social media, webinars, content syndication, and digital advertising
What Else Are We Looking For?
* Developed and executed nurture campaigns that increased lead conversion rates
* Improved customer journey progression, deepening leads into the sales funnel
* Identified key customer behavior patterns, enhancing segmentation and targeting

* Experience as a B2B campaign marketing manager or ABM specialist in an agency, startup, or entrepreneurial environment
