Based in Burgess Hill, we are a two‑site practice with excellent transport links and free on‑site parking. Main duties of the job
* Mix of face‑to‑face and telephone consultations
* Structured support for new or experienced GPs
* A culture that genuinely prioritises GP wellbeing and sustainability

* Participation in practice and team meetings
* Minimal home visits, shared fairly when required
* Minimal admin
* 15‑minute appointments, capped at 24 appointments per day
* No Duty GP sessions
