The Role:
* Overseeing daily operations within the pre-school room, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment
* Leading a team of childcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and inspiration
* Developing creative, play-based learning programmes that spark curiosity and promote development
* Building strong relationships with parents
* Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards
* Supporting the professional growth of your team
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in early childhood education or childcare (2+ years preferred)
* A passion for working with young children.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Anenhanced DBS check(or willingness to obtain one).
* A relevant qualification in early childhood education or childcare (preferred, but not essential)
