Early Years Teacher – Reception

Key Responsibilities
* Create a caring, stimulating, and engaging environment that enables all pupils to thrive
* Plan and deliver lessons and activities tailored to the needs and abilities of Reception-aged children
* Set clear expectations and boundaries to support positive behaviour and learning
* Work closely with the EYFS Lead to enhance the provision and outcomes for all children
* Build strong relationships with families to support the transition into school and ongoing development
* Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school’s values and ethos

* Proven experience leading a Reception classroom and supporting early transitions
* A passion for early childhood education and a creative approach to teaching
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues
* A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
