Internal Sales Manager (UK & Nordics) Banbury We are working with a well-established, growing business based in Banbury who are looking to appoint an Internal Sales Manager to lead their UK and Nordic sales function. This is a hands-on leadership role managing both internal and external sales teams, with direct responsibility for key accounts and regional performance. You will work closely with the Sales Director, taking ownership of day-to-day sales operations while contributing to wider commercial strategy.
