The Role
The role will involve managing your own caseload from quotation to completion, including:
* Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property/new builds
* Sale/purchase of shared ownership
* Right to Buy
* Transfer of Equity
* New Leases
* Part exchange properties
* Mortgages and Re-mortgages
* Lease extensions and enfranchisement
* Declarations of Trust
* Providing cover for other conveyancers from time to time.
About You
* Have a minimum of 3 years of fee-earning experience
* Be proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Have used a Case Management system
* Have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
* Be able to build strong and enduring relationships with clients and work providers to create and expand your own client base
* Be able to integrate easily into our existing team
* Be flexible with a ‘hands-on’ approach, and the willingness and ability to adapt to the needs of the business
* Assist in the growth of the department and the future of our growing business
