Igloo is looking for a Tyre Fitter to join our client’s busy vehicle processing site in Chipping Warden. This role is key in preparing vehicles for delivery and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained across all tyre and pre-delivery checks.
The Role:
1. Strip and replace diamond-cut tyres
2. Carry out pre-delivery inspections and checks on vehicles
3. Report any vehicle defects or issues to the appropriate team
4. Ensure all work is completed to company and safety standards
The Person:
5. Proven experience in a tyre fitting role
6. Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points for minor offences)
7. Some mechanical experience is required (full Level 2 vehicle technician qualification desirable but not essential)
8. Ability to work reliably and follow processes
9. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
