Customer Service Administrator
Telford office based
37.5 hours per week
Monday - Friday
Circa £26,500 to start

Centrally located with great public transport links, this is an excellent opportunity to showcase your communication, organisation and computer skills.
Duties
Handle enquiries and update requests via telephone and email
Manage claims with manufacturers for any damaged or faulty goods
Ensure the CRM is accurately maintained.
Support the Salles & Marketing teams with administrative tasks
Book in deliveries on to the system
Assist spare part packaging and dispatch when busy
To be considered for this role you MUST:
Have worked in a busy office based Customer Service role previously
Be adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment.
Have excellent verbal & written communication skills
Have good all round ability on MS Office
Be flexible to taking on additional tasks
