Delivery driver – andover. Join Ocado Logistics where there are opportunities to grow. This role involves delivering groceries on time and providing good customer service as part of a team that aims to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Working patterns include evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. In addition to base pay, premiums may increase average hourly earnings to £13.53 per hour. Breaks are paid.

Responsibilities
* Deliver top quality products on time and in an efficient manner.
* Follow pre-planned routes and use available technology to assist with deliveries.
* Provide good communication and customer service to customers during deliveries.
* Work variable shifts including evenings and weekends as required by the business.
Requirements
* Full UK or EU driving licence.
* Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months desirable).
* Maximum of 6 penalty points; no driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
* Over 18 for roles involving alcohol products; good communication skills for a customer-facing role.
* You will be invited to online Licence Check and Right to Work checks; DBS check will be conducted after checks are completed.
Contract and Hours
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Contract Hours: 40 hours per week (including paid breaks)
* Shifts: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts; shifts AM & PM; start times as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 00:00
* Shift rota provided up to 13 weeks in advance
Pay and Benefits
* Hourly Pay Rates: Basic £13.04; Evening Premium £1.12; Sunday Day Premium £1.30; Sunday Evening Premium £2.54
* Overtime: Monday to Saturday Day £16.30; Evening £17.70
