Job Description
* Accept/reject warranty claims in line with the standard, including:
* Inspection and validation of accepted returns/stock cleanse.
* Administration of all accepted returns.
* Liaising directly with the customer when required.
* Work with the quality department to ensure smooth transition for return to supplier products, also providing technical support if required.
* Process all standard warranty claims in line with current service offer
* Inspection and validation of rejected returns.
* Return product to the customer with completed rejection letter with detailed explanation.
* Provide Physical and inventory control of all warranty units
* Movement of stock via business management software system SAP
* Liaising with Operations and Quality with physical stock placement.
* Gain knowledge, understanding and application of the culture and standards respected
* Assist in internal training sessions for other areas of the business
* Uphold quality and safety standards
