Job Description
As a Desk-Based Inbound New Business Development Manager, your role is to bring in new named business to Daisy Communications. You will handle inbound calls and leads, selling the full Daisy product portfolio to customers in the SME and Mid-Market sectors.
This is a fast-paced, desk-based role where exceeding ambitious sales and activity targets is expected. You will receive ongoing coaching and feedback to develop your sales skills, helping you maximize your potential. With uncapped commission, this role offers excellent earning potential for high performers.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate via phone and written correspondence with new customers to build and secure new business sales.
* Manage your workload, create sales opportunities, and build a solid pipeline to achieve set MRR targets, working towards KPIs. No two days are the same in this dynamic role.
* Proactively upskill and self-learn.
* Schedule and complete tasks within specified timescales, keeping all systems updated with customer contact points.
* Collect Key Decision Maker contacts and details.
* Maintain a professional appearance, telephone manner, and attitude at all times.
