Location: Borehamwood area, UK
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000–£34,000 based on level of experience

What You’ll Be Doing:
From glamorous private parties to sleek brand launches and international conferences, no two days are the same. You’ll support the team across all stages of planning and delivery — learning fast, working hard, and having a whole lot of fun along the way!
* Assist with planning and logistics for live, virtual, and hybrid events
* Source venues, coordinate suppliers, and help craft seamless experiences
* Prep event materials, timelines, and travel plans
* Support with on-site setup and delivery across exciting UK & European locations
* Keep projects organised and running smoothly behind the scenes
* Sit in on creative brainstorms and client meetings
About You:
* 1+ year of events experience ideally within agency (or an amazing internship!)
* Exceptionally organised and detail-obsessed
* Upbeat, curious, and calm under pressure
* A strong communicator who loves working with people
* Flexible and happy to travel for events
* Bursting with ideas and eager to learn from the best in the business
